Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs. It’s ok if you sent them even on the 29th day of your 30-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later. You will still get a refund if you shipped in due time and the bottle is in perfect selling condition (100% new).
Once our warehouse confirms that the product has arrived and the bottle is 100% new and has never been used, we’ll process your request.
